All requested refund would be issued within
14 days of the completed sale and item should be returned to us with its
original package at the expenses of the customers. However, this does not apply to items which have been made to order or
personalized for you. Goods which have been made to order cannot be refunded,
returned or exchanged.
Damaged / Faulty product: We check every
single item before it gets wrapped up and make sure that NO damaged item
will be sent to our valued customers; however, if the product is damaged during
transit, customer needs to contact us with damaged item pictures and relevant claim would
be filed accordingly. A replacement will be sent
out straight away with us bearing the cost.
We cannot cancel an order once an item has been sent to production to be
printed, personalized or made. If you wish to cancel an order for goods which
are to be personalized you must do so before it is sent to production. Please bear
in mind some orders are sent to production immediately to ensure a fast
service, so please contact us ASAP.
All returned products: customers need to put their full name, address
and return reason in writing with the return product.
Please
make a note that your item will be dispatched only after the receipt of full
payment.
At the
moment, free postage is only to the UK Mainland delivery. Please ensure that
the shipping address and postcode, available to us is up to date.
A
re-delivery charge may be applied in the event that an order is undeliverable
or has been returned back to us.
We can
only entertain claims of shortages if they are reported to us within 7 days of
receipt. Please open your package as soon as you receive it to ensure you have
received the correct items.
If you
are unavailable to accept delivery and the order is too large for a standard
letterbox it will be taken back to the courier delivery depot. Orders are
placed on the understanding that the buyer accepts responsibility for
collecting the item from local delivery office if they have missed the
delivery.
Please note we cannot accept any responsibility for delayed deliveries during any postal worker strike, natural calamities or industrial action.
If you send any
copy right images for print then you are responsible for any kind of legal
issues.
