Returns & Cancellations

• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
• "Custom" baskets and specialty color orders are non-returnable.
• Cancellations for "custom" baskets or specialty color baskets are typically not allowed. Please contact asap if you want to cancel. If we have not started on your order then you can cancel. If we have started, then there are no cancellations, or there may be a cancellation fee for any costs incurred.
