This women's Forever 21 tank top is a beautiful navy blue in a solid pattern. It is sleeveless and has a round neck. Easy care as its machine washable. Looks great with a skirt, slacks, leggings or jeans!  The size is small but I believe it runs large so please see measurements. They are: arm pit to arm pit 18 inches, shoulder seam to shoulder seam 14 inches and top of back collar to hem 14.5 inches. Please check out photos to see how great this tank top is!
