The Hematogen Natur + bar is a unique source of fats, carbohydrates and minerals in proportions as close as possible to the composition of human blood. It is produced from dry defibrinated bovine blood. This extract is useful in that it contains iron in the form of an iron-containing protein - hemoglobin, which directly stimulates the formation of red blood cells - erythrocytes. Thanks to this, hematopoiesis is actively stimulated and the level of hemoglobin in the blood rises.

Also, the presented product contains a large amount of vitamin A, one of the most vital and essential vitamins for humans, which promotes normal metabolism, affects protein synthesis, positively affects the functioning of the organs of vision, increases the protective properties of the mucous membranes of the respiratory and intestinal tract.

Indications for use

Hematogen is used as an adjuvant for anemias of various origins, in particular for iron deficiency and post-hemorrhagic anemia. It is also used for conditions that are accompanied by cachexia (extreme exhaustion of the body), hypotrophy (underweight). In addition, Hematogen is recommended to be used during the period of convalescence (recovery) after undergoing various diseases.

Contraindications

Individual sensitivity to individual components. Hematogen is contraindicated in cases of carbohydrate metabolism disorders. Children under the age of two. It is not allowed to use Hematogen in patients with diabetes mellitus or obesity, since this drug contains easily digestible carbohydrates.
