Raspberry leaves have various health properties associated with them. Traditionally, raspberry leaf is used during pregnancy, particularly towards the end of a pregnancy to try and strengthen the uterus and speed up labour.

When infused with hot water, raspberry leaf has a delicate fruity and floral flavour. Just because it has medicinal purposes doesn’t mean it can’t be enjoyed by all.

Ways to use raspberry leaf tea

Infuse 1 tsp of raspberry leaf in a mug of hot water for around 10-15 minutes for the best results
Optional - add a touch of honey for a natural sweetener
Mix with other loose teas that you may have for a combination of flavours.

Suggested Use
