New cassette tape of Mickey Diamond "And His Name Was Death" from I Had An Accident.

This is the alternate cover edition with obi strip, which was released in a limited run of 25 full body printed tapes. This was the first issue of the album on cassette. Features contributions from Rob Deniro, Hooks Arthur, Cise Greeny, Supreme Cerebral, Pro Dillinger, Spanish Ran, etc.

The cassette is new and unplayed, it was never sealed by the label. In the jewel case, which has some light handling marks (see pics).
