●This platter is perfect for curry and pasta. It can also be used as a one-plate dish for pork cutlets, shoga-yaki, etc.
Durability of porcelain makes it ideal for home use.
Made of stoneware, which is a mixture of stone powder, clay, and quartz, and fired at a high temperature of around 1,300 degrees Celsius, this porcelain has excellent durability and does not absorb water because the dough is so tightly baked.
