1) If you gate opener motor is  12V, you just need to buy the 24V or 12V control board. 
Your AC110V/AC220V POWER connect your Voltage converter, then the power will be Converted to AC or DC24V, then input the new 24V control board.

2) After you have wired the control board with your gate motors, you need to restudy (learning) again the new remote controls with the motors, then you can use the open, close, SOFT STOP, and other functions, we will provide the electronic manual to you.
