  1. Lay Flat your Shirt (the back face up) on a flat surface 
  2. Get a measurement tape
  3. For Length: use measurement tape and measure from Shoulder down to Bottom of the shirt.
  4. For Width: use measurement tape and measure from Pit to Pit.
