This underwater modem operates in both fresh and salt water up to a near vertical
range of 350 meters with a maximum depth of 200 meters. The data rate of the
acoustic link is at RS-232 data rate: 9600 bits/second
Payload data rate: 7000 bits/second The payload data refers to the user’s input
data.
A set of modems consists of a surface modem and a bottom modem.
The modem pair forms a completely transparent wireless RS-232 connection.
No special modem commands are needed for transmitting or receiving user data.

Returns

items are covered by our returns policy regardless of the condition, in the
unlikely event you’re not satisfied with the item we will accept a return
(buyer pays return carriage) and we will either replace the item with a like
for like replacement or we will refund your money.

described, however we strongly advise you to check the pictures and the
condition description before purchasing.

will be covered by an extended warranty ranging from 3 months to 12 months,

marked as new will be in its original packaging with its original accessories.
The package will be opened by us to check the contents and ensure its in a new
condition.
Unused. Any item marked as unused will be in
a new condition but will not be in original packaging and may have some
accessories missing, there may be some small marks on the product due to
missing packaging (please check pictures carefully).
Refurbished. These items will have been
refurbished and tested by CJR Electronics and be in a very good condition, they
will not have original packaging and may not have all the original accessories.
If any original accessory is missing it may have been replaced by a suitable
alternative.
Tested. Any item marked as tested will be in
a used condition and may not include all accessories, they will have been
function tested by CJR electronics and repackaged. As they are used, they may
have marks and scratches but will be in working condition (please check
pictures carefully)
Powered
up not tested. These
items will be in a used condition and may not include all accessories, we will
have powered up the unit but as specialist equipment may be required, we are
unable to carry out a full function test, the unit may have marks and scratches
(please check the pictures carefully)
Used. Used items will not be tested and
may not include all accessories, either the unit does not require testing, or
we are unable to test, they may have marks and scratches, and they are bought
as seen (please check pictures carefully) but in the event the item is not
functioning as described they are covered by our returns policy.
