François Franc (1926 - 1989) was active/lived in France. Francois Franc is known for Water scene painting, coastal views, buildings, boats.
A contemporary of Bernard Buffet.

In very good vintage condition.
Frame is in good condition with a few surface scuffs and one ding to bottom.
Canvas measures 28" wide x 21" tall.
Measures 32" wide x 25" x 2" tall framed.
