• Open-box Grade A+ -> The item is in like new, never used/assembled condition. It's returned due to buyers' remorse or fulfillment error. It may only show sign of repackaging due to our inspection service (opening the box, taking photos, recording serial #, classifying grades). It's sealed, packaged in the original factory condition with ALL original factory parts/accessories in inspected new or like new condition. 
  
  
• Pre-Owned with Warranty-> backed with 30-day warranty by our store - you will have a FULLY FUNCTIONAL UNIT OR YOU GET FREE REPLACEMENT (parts/units). It was inspected, cleaned, repaired to full working order and is in overall good pre-owned condition. It WILL contain aesthetic signs of wear/teas/scratches (especially on the tank/lid). This item may be repackaged. 
  *Notes: this is a USED unit. NOT REFURBISHED
  *FEP sheets - users will need to have new FEP sheets prior to initial printing.
  
  
• Pre-owned Awaits LCD -> Similar to the option below of [Damaged as parts only] but the ONLY issue is that users will need to buy & install a replacement LCD own their own (this is a maintenance skill that is required/recommended everything 1000 hrs for ALL resin 3D printers). It might contain cosmetic imperfection such as heavy signs of use/wears/tears.
  
  
• Damaged for Parts Only (fix-up DIY projects) -> The unit was returned in a poor condition that contains heavy signs of wears/tears/aesthetic issues such as scratches, dents/cracking.  It might not come with original factory packaging. It might miss one or  ALL parts/hardware/accessories. Our store warranty is that customers will make 1 FULLY functional unit for every purchase of 2 units - or you get FREE replacement parts on your fix-up projects. Great as source of parts/hardware (if you buy just 1) or as DIY fix-up projects for experienced DIY experts.

The most common functionality damaged:
a> bad UV - no ultraviolet light
b> bad LCD - ultraviolet light works without image
c> bad Z axis - not moving/homing properly

In (rare) cases customers have ANY issues with our inspected items, we strive to RESOLVE these issues by send ANY necessary replacement parts/units. However, if customers file return claims instead of giving it a chance of replacement/exchange, we may be forced to permanently restrict their ability to make future purchases from our store.
