Upgrade Recomendend for Systemdek IIX / IIX900 turntables
High Performance
High Quality
Super Service Upgrade Kit
Drive Belt
2 x Ceramic Bearing Balls (ZrO2) G10
Hight Performance Turntable Spindle Bearing Oil
This is a High Performance Upgrade Service kit
The kit comes with two Zirconia Oxide (ZrO2) G10 ceramic bearing balls, one larger and one smaller. Why? Because that way ends up doubts about which is the correct bering ball size for your Systemdek model, not having to pay more for it.
The models known as "oil pump" which have the shaft with a "V" cut, use the larger ball (see image #7);
models with a flat shaft use the smaller ball (see image #8).
It also comes with a high quality "Audio Improvements" belt with proper measurements for good performance.
Last but not least, the "Audio Improvements" oil with the essential technical characteristics for high performance, reducing friction and ensuring adequate lubrication.
The ceramic bearing ball has ten times less friction than steel, almost does not require lubrication, but it is important to maintain good lubrication between the shaft and the walls of the bearing housing.
That is why the oil must have adequate properties for this.
PRECISION TURNTABLE OIL
NOT JUST ANY OIL WILL DO
Lubricating a turntable may seem simple, but choosing the correct oil is critical. It should never be treated as a job for just any general-purpose lubricant.
Turntable motors, shafts and bearing systems are precision mechanisms designed to operate with lubricants having specific viscosity, stability and chemical characteristics.
Using an unsuitable oil can result in poor lubrication, alter bearing performance, increase friction and, over time, contribute to unnecessary wear or damage.
WHY IS THE CORRECT OIL SO IMPORTANT?
Many turntables use sintered bronze bushes and bearings. These porous materials can absorb and retain oil within their microscopic pores.
For this reason, lubricant selection is particularly important.
An oil intended for this type of application should provide the appropriate:
• Viscosity – suitable for allowing the shaft to rotate freely while maintaining a stable lubricating film.
• Chemical stability – helping the lubricant maintain its properties over time.
• Compatibility with metals and alloys – particularly important for bronze, brass and other bearing materials.
• Compatibility with sintered bronze – avoiding oils or additives that may adversely affect the porous material or interfere with the lubricant originally impregnated into the bearing.
• Low tendency to form deposits or residues – essential in precision mechanisms.
• Long-term stability – helping prevent the oil from becoming gummy or losing its lubricating properties.
NOT JUST A GENERAL-PURPOSE MACHINE OIL
Universal engine or gearbox oils, sewing-machine oils and other household lubricants are not necessarily suitable for turntables.
Using an oil with the wrong viscosity or an unsuitable chemical formulation can affect bearing performance and, in some cases, may compromise components designed to operate with a specific type of lubricant.
In a precision turntable, the lubricant is part of the mechanical system.
The correct choice should therefore take into account the type of bearing, the materials used and the operating characteristics of the turntable.
FOR TURNTABLE MAINTENANCE & RESTORATION
This oil has been developed with more than 40 years of experience in mind, specifically considering the requirements of the precision mechanisms found in turntables. It is particularly suitable for maintenance, restoration and long-term preservation of vintage and modern turntable mechanisms.
A small amount, applied correctly and to the appropriate lubrication point, can make a significant difference to the smoothness, performance and longevity of the mechanism.
Don’t risk an expensive precision component by using an unsuitable lubricant.
Your turntable deserves the right oil — not simply whatever oil happens to be available, or the cheapest alternative.
All you need is a couple of drops, and the performance will be solid from now on.
This is a great improvement for increasing the performance of your turntable.

TAXES:
EU - The final price includes VAT for European Union countries, under VAT MOSS rules.
US - Includes Sales Tax for the United States. This tax is deducted by eBay and delivered to the United States tax authorities.
AU, SG & NZ - Includes GST Tax for Australia, New Zealand and Singapore. This tax is deducted by eBay and handed over to the tax authorities in the respective countries.
UK & NO - Includes VAT for the United Kingdom and Norway. This tax is deducted by eBay and delivered to the tax authorities of the respective countries.
I am a VAT MOSS registered seller and all sales made on eBay are reported to the tax authorities of the countries of destination orders so that they can ensure that I deliver the corresponding VAT. All sales have an invoice. I do not issue paper invoices. If you want to obtain the invoice for tax and/or customs purposes, you will have to send a message after placing the order informing your email address, so that I can send the invoice in pdf format.
- All prices also include eBay fees, environmental fees (carbon emissions, recycling, etc...).
- Shipping costs have skyrocketed. The final price of shipping costs reflects the actual cost plus taxes and eBay fees, nothing more. In many cases I offer free shipping. This is possible due to some imagination in packaging, reducing weight and volume as much as possible and relying on reliable postal services, where the percentage of lost items is practically zero.
- I do everything in my power to provide a good description of the items, good packaging and safe and fast shipping, but despite all this care, an error or mistake is always possible, we are human. Therefore, please, whatever problem you have with your order, contact me via message before opening a dispute. And pay attention to the seller's messages. I know we live in times of great stress, but don't call in the cavalry without first exhausting all options for resolving the problem directly with the seller.
- Read the advertisements carefully and if you have any doubts, contact the seller before ordering
You know the item is displayed and advertised not as a single item. In these cases, the photo is generic, not of the item that will be sent. The item can be purchased by several people at the same time, so it is not possible for each person to have a photo of the item they will receive. In this case, the item has a stamp on the side indicating the brand. The item is a rubber belt that will function as a drive belt for certain record players. This inscription will never be exactly the same on all the belts that are stamped, there will always be differences, sometimes with more ink, sometimes without; some letters more prominent, others more faint; sometimes straighter, sometimes more diagonally; It is a stamp applied to a rubber surface, which will never come off in the same way, from belt to belt. The belt that buyers will receive will always have a difference, even if it is minimal, in relation to the item that was photographed and presented in the advertisement. But this has nothing to do with the quality and good performance of the item for the function that is advertised. The stamp is a signature to identify my belts and be able to assume my responsibilities in the face of possible problems. You expressly and clearly accept that aesthetics and cosmetics of the stamp in relation to the photo in the advertisement are not grounds for complaining “item not as described”.
