Vintage Kwik-Klik blue metal ballpoint pen featuring advertising for ALLIANCE METAL STAMPING AND FABRICATING… DIVISION OF GLEASON COMPONENTS GROUP … located near Rochester, NY (Gates, Monroe County). Gleason Corp. acquired Alliance Metal Stamping and Fabricating in 1979, along with several other companies, to form the Gleason Components Group in an effort to diversify outside its own gear-cutting machine business. Alliance Metal Stamping was located at 12 Pixley Industrial Parkway in Gates, NY. Gleason Corp. later decided to sell off the Gleason Components Group with Alliance Metal Stamping being closed and liquidated in 1994/95. This pen is in excellent condition, but the ink is dry from age. Looks unused and the tip opens and closes as normal. Measures about 5.25” long. See pics for more details.
