WEDGEWOOD JASPERWARE HEART SHAPED SWEET DISH.

This collectible item is boxed and in very clean condition complete with the cardboard packing piece. It is one of the rarer green Jasperware series with white sprigs and border. The Wedgewood Sweet Dish (Heart) in Jade Green Jasperware is heart shaped 115 mm. from top to bottom and 105 mm wide. Suitable as a pin dish, a BonBon dish or just as a display item. A charming collectible gift, the dish is equally suitable on birthdays, anniversaries and special occasions. Made in the world famous Jasper Ware, Sage green, with hand ornamented white bas-reliefs. The central subject chosen is known as "Procession". This delightful design shows four classical female figures, one seated and one with a spear.  A border of white oak leaves and acorns traces the border of the dish.
