Nitto Relay “Sugu‑Zuke Hakusai Pickling Mix” 32 g (8 g × 4 sachets)
A powdered quick pickling mix that lets you easily make tasty lightly pickled napa cabbage, using kombu kelp from Hokkaido. Thanks to the added fiber‑degrading enzyme, all you have to do is knead it together with the cabbage by hand to create delicious浅漬け (light pickles) in a short time.
Unlike liquid‑type pickling bases, the powdered type keeps longer and allows solid ingredients such as kombu chips and sliced red chili, which are the secret accents of this mix, to be blended in. The individually wrapped sachets are easy to use up, take up little storage space, and help prevent odors and dirtying your hands.
How to prepare:
1.
Rinse 200 g of napa cabbage, drain lightly, and cut into bite‑size pieces.
2.
Put the cut cabbage and one sachet of this product into a plastic bag.
3.
Knead well by hand, squeeze out the air, and close the bag with a twist tie or rubber band.
4.
Chill in the refrigerator; it will be ready in about 1–2 hours. Lightly squeeze without rinsing and enjoy as is.

Salt (produced in Japan), glucose, kombu kelp, powdered soy sauce (contains soybeans and wheat), red chili pepper / seasonings (amino acids, etc.), acidulant, enzyme, coloring (caramel).

ニットーリレー すぐ漬け 白菜漬 32g(8gx4袋)
北海道産昆布を使用した白菜を美味しく簡単に漬ける浅漬けの素です。繊維分解酵素が入っているため、手で揉むだけで美味しい浅漬けが出来ます。粉末タイプの浅漬けの素は液体タイプに比べ、日持ちがよく、すぐ漬けの隠し味である昆布チップや輪切唐辛子等の固形物を混ぜることが出来ます。また、分包タイプで使い切りが出来、場所も要らず経済的で臭気や手の汚れもありません。
召し上がり方
①白菜200gを水洗いし、水気を軽く切り、食べやすい大きさに切ります。
②ビニール袋の中に切った白菜と本品1袋をいれます。
③手でよくもんだ後、空気を抜いて袋の口を輪ゴムなどで止めます。
④冷蔵庫に入れて1~2時間で出来上がりです。洗わず軽くしぼってそのまま召し上がりください。
