Vintage Owens Illinois Pint JFG Peanut Butter Jar with Zinc Lid.

1 Lb. Net JFG Peanut Butter MADE OF US NO. 1 PEANUTS AND SALT. 

MANUFACTURED BY JFG COFFEE CO. KNOXVILLE, TENN. is embossed on the front  of the jar.

The Bottom of the Jar is Embossed G2912 above the logo;

18 to the left of the Logo (Plant #18 in Columbus, Ohio);

the Owens Illinois Logo  (Diamond with Oval 0, and an I in the circle).

The 2 to the right of the logo indicates a production date of 1932;

and 1 below the circle indicates mold cavity #1.

This Jar has Square Waffle Grid embossing on three sides.

Nice used condition, no chips and no cracks.  The Zinc lid has wear.
