I am sorry that I have to adjust my shipping cost. From now on all listing’s

 price if over $20.00 You might have to pay more on shipping cost.

The reason is I will added USPS service:

 Require Signature at Delivery $3.70

This is to stop some buyer said did not receive the item. 

I know the item was not valuable item but still it is not free.
