All items are posted using Royal Mail. Higher value items may be sent Recorded Delivery, at our cost, which will require a signature on delivery. Larger items will be sent using a courier service. All items are carefully packaged. In the event of you not receiving your package (please allow 5 working days after despatch before contacting us) or it arrives damaged please contact us as soon as possible.

Returns policy

Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt in an unused condition. Return postage costs are at the expense of the buyer. If there is a problem with your product/order we will take all steps necessary to resolve problems quickly and efficiently. If a return is necessary due to our mistake we will pay the return postage costs. Please do not return any item until you have made us aware of the problem first.
