Our newest range of mud flaps comes with this first outing of a longer, wider variant of our standard front mud flap. Still made from durable polypropylene plastic, with fine sand finish one side and a smooth easy to clean finish on the other, this item comes with some stark differences to anything we've sold before. 

Longer and wider is better. Particularly for those with wider road tyres or slim mtb bike tyres from the narrower standards of 25mm or 28mm, this mud flap is ideal. This item is 200mm long, 25mm longer than any other front mud flap we produce. 120mm wide in its widest form, that's 50mm wider than our standard front mud flap. This mud flap has the added feature of folding the sides inwards to enclose around the wheel to prevent side splash, particularly in windy weather. The mud flap is pre shaped upon ordering and is sent out like this so you don't have to do anything. The sides folded in makes it a slimmer mud flap with more protection for your feet and your bike. We've tried not making the mud flap too wide as this can inadvertently slow you down when riding.

This mud flap is designed to fit inside the mud flap and bend to the shape of the mudguard, thus making it rigid and will maintain it's shape. A more rigid form will be available in the coming months, but for now this flexier version is only available.

The black bolt fixing is 8mm in length and the silver bolt fixing is 10mm in length.
