On a rare occasion when there is a shipment damage or a manufacturing fault with the product that you received, please contact us at your earliest convenience to arrange a free return. We can ship the same prodct free of charge or give you a full refund, the choice is yours.

Your order will be delivered free of charge to any address in the UK using Royal Mail Second Class post, which takes around 3 to 5 working days. If you need your order sooner, please choose the required delivery service at the checkout. For urgent orderers we offer a guaranteed Next Day delivery service as well.

Your order will be shipped on the same working day if we receive your payment by 2pm (UK time). Items purchased after 2pm on Friday and on the weekend will be shipped on the following Monday (excluding official bank holidays in England).

For any order of multiple items where shipping is being charged by Ebay for every item, we can combine your shipping costs into just one cost for the entire order, which is usually much cheaper. Effectively, you will be paying shipping cost for the first item, with any additional items being shipped for free. For this to happen, please request a total from us by clicking on a relevant link at the checkout.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

If you are not happy for any reason about any product that you purchased from us, you may return it for a full refund within days of the purchase date. Please note, we only can accept returns for piercing jewellery (like earrigs, etc) if the original plastic bag has not been opened.

If the product arrived damanged or appear to be defective you can return it for a full refund or an exchnage, which is free of charge. Please let s know your preference when applying for the return.
