For New 3DS XL you have the choice between the capture card from Loopy or Optimize/Katsukitty. The Loopy capture software has built in recording and slightly higher audio quality, whilst the Optimize card is slightly lower cost and is compatible with the Raspberry Pi TV-KIT to use instead of a PC if you just want to connect to a TV via HDMI. If you are interested in this send me a message and I can build one for you.
All of the other console versions use the Optimize capture cards.
The New 2DS XL and New 3DS non-xl require custom wiring and are difficult to solder which is why you don't see many people offering it. However, I have experience installing these.
