POSTAGE AND SHIPPING: We use Australia Post, Couriers Please and Aramex Couriers services to deliver your order so we deliver anywhere they do - this means delivery to your Post Office Box is absolutely fine if that is your preferred delivery address. You will receive a dispatch notification from us with a tracking number.

For products that we have listed with free shipping as an option, we strongly encourage you to chose the registered option at $3.50. The free post option for these products is entirely at your own risk. If you choose the free post option your item will be sent in a reinforced envelope via normal mail with no tracking number. Product packaging may be opened to allow it to fit in a regular envelope. (complete with items, instructions and packaging) These can take up to 3 weeks for delivery and any purchases sent in this manner are posted at the purchaser's own risk. However, if you chose the registered post option, once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with your parcels tracking number.
