Our EXTREME DUTY FULL SILVER solenoids feature PURE 100% SILVER contacts in place of copper. Not only does silver last longer but it will not "WELD" closed like a copper contact can - leaving your plow running continuously until unplugged or the motor fails. All of our solenoids are made to exact specifications and work best with a specific application. This unit is made for a 6 pin Western or Fisher plow with a handheld controller (see our other sales for a joystick specific solenoid as well as Fleet Flex models).
Watch for other sellers - selling CHINESE made solenoids or solenoids not designed for the 6 pin plow System. They WILL FAIL and do not match the specs required for 6 pin plow systems possibly causing damage to your controller! INT or incorrect solenoids will draw up to 150% additional current through your controller damaging the relays / switches!
