This is a Cobalt Blue with Clear Base Goblet... I am not a 'glass' expert so correct me if I am wrong.

This glass measures 6 1/2 inches tall and is 4 inches across the top.

There are a few small scratches, I tried to show in the pics, ask any questions prior to purchase, glad to help
