I'm not a professional grader, but I'm conservatively calling this in 3.0 Good/VG condition. I've uploaded HIGH REZ scans so you can get a good look at the cover conditions. The book itself, along with the back cover are in REALLY NICE shape, most issues of general wear are confined to the front cover. General wear includes: a small 1/4" tear at the middle right edge, a small chunk on the right edge next to the logo, a fair amount of soft folds, one stain (logo) and some typical crimping along the spine. I've seen slabbed copies in worse shape go for $300 to $350. DISPLAYS GREAT!!!
