A Vintage Photograph of '"The "Chin" Lady!"'

The handwriting identifies her as "Norma Frewer[my guess on surname spelling. You can enlarge the photo for your best guess]. Norma confidently poses for the photo. She looks to be part African-American/Black. I haven't found any info on her so far. 

It's a scalloped-edge black & white snapshot. Size 3¼"x5" and in very good condition. Shows usage, aging, bends, little dings on edges. "WardWare is not on the original.

I've placed the photo in a clear protective sleeve.
