Condition. Binding light or loose, starting to crack in one place. Tanned pages from age. Small pencil markings on inside front cover. Did not see anymore writing. Many foldouts. Didn’t check them all but the large map has two tears, see picture. Good condition for its age, almost a 100 years old.
