These are track race ready and single speed chainrings from the renowned French brand TA. 
They are strong and long-lasting and the choice of many racing cyclists and great for fixies. Chainset sizing is determined by the PCD or Pitch Circle Diameter [sometimes referred to as BCD]. This refers to the distance from the centre of one chainring bolt centre to the centre of a bolt hole centre two spaces beyond; however, as in the diagram in the photos, measurements for the distance from one bolt hole to the next is usually given.
144mm is a size used by both track specific Shimano, Campag and other cranksets and is the most common track racing size.
135mm is specific to traditional Campagnolo cranksets, 130mm is specific to traditional Shimano cranksets
