Extensive rice milling modes
Polishes leaped rice into 10 types of rice (polished rice / white rice / germinated rice / 8 minutes / 7 minutes / 6 minutes / 5 minutes / 4 minutes / 3 minutes / 2 minutes).
The rice can be milled from brown rice or white rice to "no-rinse" rice.
The "Fresh" mode removes oxidized parts of stale rice to restore the original aroma and taste of white rice.
The RC52 offers a wide variety of milling modes so that you can choose the one that best suits your taste while retaining the nutrients.

Microcomputer control of motors
While conventional rice mills polish rice at a constant speed, the RC52 polishes rice in three stages: high speed, medium speed, and low speed.
High speed: Bran is removed at once → Medium speed: The speed is reduced while removing bran → Low speed: The rice is finished slowly and carefully at the end. By carefully milling rice while reducing the speed in this way, a wide variety of milling modes can be realized.
*Since the rice is finished at low speed at the end, the temperature rise is also suppressed!
