If you receive merchandise that you are unhappy with for any reason, simply return it within 30 days - in the condition you received it for a full refund. For items that were damaged, lost or listed incorrectly, please contact us directly via messages on eBay and we will handle those cases on an individual basis.

Processing Time for Returns

Please allow approximately five to seven days for the shipping and processing of your return. Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional two to ten business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account. 

Return Terms and Conditions

All items returned for refund or exchange must be returned in the original condition with tags attached (unless faulty). Please ensure all returned clothing items are free from marks, stains, makeup, hair and rips as they may not be accepted for return if received damaged (unless faulty).

Boxed/Packaged Goods: When returning boxed or packaged goods please ensure you pack them inside a bag or box & do not attach anything to the outside of the original packaging. Should the packaging be marked or in unsatisfactory condition there may be a chance that we will not accept your return.

Swimwear: Swimwear can be returned if it is unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and hygiene liners attached.

Final sale items and non-returnable items will not be accepted.

Shipping for all returns will be paid by the customer unless the item was faulty.

Shipping Cost

We proudly offer FREE shipping anywhere inside the contiguous United States. We use USPS first class mail for most packages under one pound and USPS Priority or FedEx ground for orders over one pound.

DELIVERY TIME

We ship to all locations worldwide. Since our products are directly shipped from our warehouses in Burley, ID, we estimate the shipping time to be around 2-5 business days in most cases. Depending on your location and the product(s) ordered, your shipping time can vary slightly. Please also note that the above-mentioned shipping times are only estimates.

ORDER STATUS

All orders are typically shipped within one business day and you will be provided a tracking number via USPS or FedEx, depending on the items and destination., you will be able to check where your product(s) are currently being processed.
