We are not a used bookstore but sometimes take in a shipment of books.  We do not have the knowledge to professionally grade the book but will describe it to the best of our ability.  If you have additional questions please do not hesitate to contact us.  Please note that all of our books, unless otherwise noted, are USED.  Books may have creasing, dog-eared pages, markings and may show signs of age such as scuffs, wear on the covers and page yellowing.  All books we sell are guaranteed to be readable with no missing pages.  Please look at photos for overall condition before you purchase.

DELIVERY METHOD:

Within the US, all items are shipped USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground.  Shipping cost is either flat rate or based on the actual weight and size of the package (whichever method is most cost effective for the buyer).  Media Mail may be requested for any applicable item.  All calculated rates are determined by eBay through their shipping calculator.  We do not add extra weight or handling fees to any of our US orders and our actual shipping cost is always within a few cents (plus or minus) of what we charge the buyer.  The shipment tracking number is always forwarded to the buyer.

Items are dropped off at the shippers once a day Monday through Friday (excepting USPS holidays).  Our official eBay policy is up to 3 business days for an item to be shipped.  HOWEVER, on weekdays we make every attempt to process the same day for orders made before Noon (EST) and the following day for all other orders.  Orders are not processed or shipped on the weekends.

Based on repeated problems, WE DO NOT SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE U.S.  We apologize to the legitimate buyers who live outside the US, but the continued fraud, complaints about shipping costs and undeserved non-positive feedback have led us to establish this rule and NO EXCEPTIONS will be made.


MULTIPLE ITEM PURCHASES:

We offer shipping discounts for multiple item purchases.  However, we must be notified prior to a sale being completed and paid for so that we can prepare a revised invoice for your payment.  PLEASE PLACE MULTIPLE ITEMS IN YOUR CART AND CONTACT US BEFORE YOU PAY.  Once payment has been made we cannot adjust the shipping charges.  


REFUNDS:

Our goal is the complete satisfaction of our buyers.  If a buyer feels that we have not accurately described a product, the product does not work as described, or has damage that was not disclosed in our description, you are welcome to return the item for a full refund of the item cost.  This does not include any shipping damage that may occur.  It is the buyer's responsibility to report shipping damage to us in a timely manner.  We will file a claim with the USPS and, once approved by them, will provide a full refund to the buyer.


OTHER INFORMATION:

➢    We process all orders (packaging and shipping) within a maximum of 3 business days from the receipt of payment.
➢    We are required by law to collect sales tax on any item that is being shipped within the State of Florida.  Any other internet sales tax collected is being collected and submitted directly by eBay.  We do not receive this money and have NO control over it.  If you feel such tax was collected or calculated incorrectly you will need to contact eBay directly; there is nothing that we can do about it.
➢    As recommended by eBay and PayPal, we reserve the right to only ship to confirmed PayPal addresses.  Unconfirmed address buyers may be required to provide proof of ID and address.
➢    We fully support the Feedback system and positive feedback will be left after we have received it from the buyer.
