All our buildings are designed and built bespoke to our customers' requirements.

 Conditions: -

1.       This kit is a general standard building if you need site-specific engineering you will need to contact us.

2.       This item is bespoke custom made so no returns are allowed. We will, however, be there to help you if you have any problems as we are never happy unless you are happy.

3.       Construction and Groundworks are not included in the price but can easily be arranged for you.

4.       Off-loading is the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated. A forklift or similar will be required.

5.       Any shortage/damage to the building kit needs to be reported to us within 48hrs of delivery.

6.       This building remains the property of Thistle Steel International Ltd until fully paid for.

7.       Insurance for loss or damage of materials once delivered is the responsibility or the purchaser.

8.       Waste material disposal is down to the purchaser.

11.    This design meets all standard area situations. If you are close to the sea, mountain ranges, high wind locations, etc. we can give you the engineering specification upgrades on your building so that it is fit for purpose.
