Lithops lesliei "Fred's Redhead"  group - very rare cultivar 30 Seeds.

From my experience growing all three of these dark red lesliei cultivars, that is Fred's Redhead, Redhorn and Jambouree I can say that the parent plants, are equally as dark if not darker than both Redhorn and Jambouree. The photos really do show them as they are in real life.  I am hoping the seedlings grown from them will be the same. The seeds come from some of these plants in the photos flowering.

These seeds are collected from my personal collection of Lithops during 2025.  I sowed some seeds during August 2025 to check viability and colour of seedlings (see photos above of actual seedlings grown) and I have had very good germination and the colour has been uniformly red.  The seedlings in the photos are growing in my greenhouse and will become darker in colour as light levels rise during spring.  When they first germinate they are often green in colour gaining their distinctive red colour a few months later when they are exposed to higher light levels. It is my favourite lithops cultivar.

I think it is worth pointing out that whilst I have found that the test germination of seeds produced all red plants, it has also been my experience in the past that you can get occasional green/brown plants.

All the photos above are of plants and or seedlings from my own collection.   Unlike some sellers on ebay and other platforms I do not buy in and sell on seeds from other growers.

Seeds are sent out in padded envelopes to ensure seeds do not get crushed in the post using Large Letter 48 hour tracked Royal Mail post.

Please contact us if you have any questions or problems germinating the seeds.

We only supply seeds within the U.K (excluding Northern Ireland and Channel Islands).  We do not sell plants.
