1990s SENATE Nuts & Bolts Aggressive Inline Skate Tobacco Tin - RARE - Vtg #2

For your consideration is this ULTRA RARE -  Senate hardware - Nuts & Bolts in a Tobacco Tin.

Bottom says "Rcs" to indicate for Roces skates. 

This TIN box comes with some random white and blue inline skate spacers I had in the tin. (I'm just throwing those in!)
