This Optic mount is designed to connect certain red dot optics to 1911 pistols with Novak rear sight cut. (does NOT fit Novak OVERSIZE)

  • 1911s have several different rear sight dovetail cuts, such as Colt(G.I.) Standard, Kimber, LPA, Novak standard/traditional and Novak Oversize rear sight. This plate is for Novak Standard/traditional rear sight ONLY. It does NOT fit any 1911 that does NOT have a traditional Novak rear sight.
  • Does NOT fit any Novak cut that is NOT GENUINE/traditional/true Novak rear sight cut, such as some Taurus 1911 and some Ruger 1911 who use Licensed Novak rear sight but created their own sized cut. 
  • Minor modification to the sight base may be necessary for some 1911s including Rock Islands, Citadels, and GSG 1911 .22s.
  • One of the advantages of this ADE plate over others is this optic plate has a CURVED/CONCAVE design that will sit flush (wrap the top curved pistol slide) on the top of the pistol. Many other plates are flat and do not sit flush on the slide.
  • Fits Vortex Venom/Razor/Viper, Burris Fastfire, Eotech MRDS, Docter, Insight, Sightmark Minishot/Coreshot, Crimson Trace CTS-1200/1300 and similar red dots
  • Also fits Ade RD3-006A(Huracan), RD3-006B(Python), RD3-009(Crusader), RD3-012(Delta), RD3-013(Bertrillium), RD3-015(Zantitium) Red dots.
  • Does NOT fit Trijicon RMR, DeltaPoint Pro, Shield type red dot footprint. 
  • While it is possible to install this mount without the use of a Gunsmith, we recommend hiring a professional gunsmith. Please note. Unprofessional installation such as improper torque will result in loose screws, not holding zero, damage to the firearm/optic and personal injury.
  • This is a mounting plate to attach red dot to pistol, it is not a gun part. 
  • Machined from aircraft grade aluminum with hard anodizing finish. Comes with screws and hardware for installation.

Refunds Policy

Backorders
  • Some of our items ship directly from the manufacturer and on rare occasions may be on back-order with them.
  • If your item is on back order you will be notified immediately and given the option to keep the order open or have it refunded.
  • Easy!!! We make it easy and painless to return an item. If you don't like it for whatever reason, send it back within 30 days for a full refund (unless stated otherwise in the listing).
  • All returns must be in new, original condition and must include the original packaging, tags, and all content intact.
  • Please be sure to pack the item properly to avoid damage.
  • The easiest way to return an item is through eBay's Managed Returns which you will find in your Purchase History in the drop down menu to the right of your item.
  • You can also contact our Customer Support directly via eBay Messages and you will be assigned an RMA number and instructions on how to proceed with your return.
