Damaged Shipments

- We try our best to prevent damage to all packages during transit by packing each order carefully. From time to time, though, the damage will occur despite our precautions.

- If you receive an item that has been damaged in shipping, please contact us within 72 hours of receipt and we will have a new product sent to you, and initiate a USPS claim for the item.

- Please hold on to the original packaging and packing material and we will send you a USPS Return tag to send the damaged product back to us.

- If you have not received your order even after the tracking shows it was delivered, contact us within 15 business days to start a USPS tracer.

- For international orders shipping outside of the United States, PR, GU, VI, APO/FPO, or Canada that have been damaged in shipping, please contact us.

Shipment Tracking

- eBay sends an email with the tracking number for every order that is placed.

- Tracking numbers beginning with 9 have been sent via USPS, and can be tracked via www.usps.com and eBay purchase details.

- Package movement will be updated by USPS at the end of each business day; given there is information to update.

- Please note that freight shipments being delivered to Residential locations may be delayed if Freight company is unable to contact you by phone to setup a delivery date and time.

Company Policies

- Returns are only accepted for unused and undamaged products that are in the original condition and packing in which they were purchased.

- We accept return within 30 days after delivery.

- Defective items will be exchanged on non-defective items.

- 20% restocking fee will be charged on non-defective items.

- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

We like to make sure that our customers are fully satisfied with their products and our service. We offer refunds or exchanges if there is a defect within the return period.
