New WITH cosmetic damage and no original packaging.  There are various scuffs/scratches/dings and the inlet was slightly bent out of round.  You elbow(not included) will thread on just fine(tested).  This model seems to be a special order anywhere I found it.  If you aren't interested in waiting a month+ and don't mind the cosmetic damage this is right for you.  2.25lbs!
