All of our products are brand new unless stated otherwise. They are shipped in protective packaging and produced to a very high, professional standard. The protective packaging is sealed before dispatch. The DVD itself isn't sealed but it is brand new and has never been used.
Do you offer postage / shipping discounts?
UK postage is free so no discounts are available. Discounts may be available for international orders so please contact us before you order to arrange this.

My disc is showing as blank what should I do?
All of our discs are tested and verified before they are dispatched so they are unlikely to be blank. Sometimes faulty disc drives or corrupted drivers incorrectly report discs as blank so please try the disc in another player if possible and see if it is still not working.
My item isn't working correctly / I am unhappy with my item what should I do?
We offer full customer support on all of our products so if you are having any problems at all please contact us and we will do our very best to help. We may even be able to offer you an alternative item for free that better fits your specific needs. If all else fails you are entitled to a full refund within 60 days of purchase if for any reason you aren't satisfied.
My item has not arrived yet what should I do?
Orders to the UK shouldn't take longer than 7 working days. Orders outside the UK may take between 14 - 21 working days. If your item has not arrive within this timeframe please contact us and we will send out another item ASAP.
