How to do:
1, put an order on eBay, contact us for sending your battery to us.
2, We will email you our postal address, Please send used battery to us VIA REGISTER MAIL.
3, We receive item and confirm that it is repairable.
4, We replace dead cells and sensors(if need to). We send ready to work battery back to you.
5, If we could not fix it(as battery management system BMS might be faulty) we will send your battery back to you and refund your payment via ebay.

Please figure out what to do before you order.
The batteries used for repacking is brand new high quality batteries.
We use computer controlled electronic spot welding machine to join batteries in series, the spot welding machine can provide a quality joint as original one.
This battery can be charged with original battery charger.
Our battery pack runs 3 month OZ warranty.

You can get a tax invoice with your purchase.Please leave us a note for GST tax invoice.
