This CD is Media Circus by For.mat in its sole version, a CD released on Christel Deesk in the UK (CDC-001). Subtitled "Original 8-Track Recordings 1929-1994," it is the product of Russell Fong and Lincoln Fong, both of whom played in the British indie rock band Moose. Russell Fong also made handmade acoustic and electric guitars for private clients and indie bands, including Cocteau Twins and The Veldt.

The disc is in Very Good Plus condition, tests out and plays fine. There is a crack in front of jewel case in upper left corner.
