Where can I get my order delivered?

Products bought from Unibos can be delivered to your home address in the UK or any address provided when placing the order. Deliveries to non-mainland UK addresses and certain remote locations (e.g. Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands) may be subject to slightly longer delivery times.

Unfortunately, because of our automated delivery process, we can't change your shipping address or cancel once you've placed the order.

How much does delivery cost?
Standard Delivery within 2-3 working days

• Working days are Monday to Friday inclusive. Please allow an additional 2 working days for Bank Holidays
• Larger goods (such as bikes) will be sent via DX and a signature will be required

Next Day Delivery

• Your order will be sent via courier, and a signature will be required

If your order contains more than one product the individual products may, on occasion, be sent in multiple dispatches at no extra charge.

What if I am out when my product is delivered?
Goods delivered by courier will usually arrive between 9am and 5pm, but delivery may be attempted outside these hours, up to 9pm Monday to Friday. All courier deliveries must be signed for.

If you are out when the courier arrives they will attempt to deliver to an immediate neighbour. The courier will leave a card advising where the parcel has been delivered to, or if they have been unable to deliver they will make two further attempts. If they are still unsuccessful they will either:

• Leave a card with the contact number for you to call to arrange a suitable time for redelivery or for you to collect the goods from the local depot.
• Leave the parcel at your local post office for you to collect. (Royal Mail, DPD and Parcelforce deliveries only)

Terms and Conditions of Delivery

Risk in the goods will pass to you on delivery.

Delivery times quoted above can vary depending on stock availability and delivery location. We reserve the right to alter or amend delivery times in exceptional circumstances.

We do everything we can to meet the delivery time specified in this section. However, delivery times may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control and cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay. If we fail to meet a specified delivery date you can either cancel your order and receive a full refund, or continue with the order and accept a refund of any delivery charges.

We can only accept orders from PayPal account holders.

Where a person attempts to buy goods where minimum age limits apply, the contract will be deemed void where the individual is below the required age limit.

We offer a 14 day money back guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your goods, we will refund the price of the goods provided that they are returned unused and in original condition, together with the original packaging (if applicable), within 14 days.You must take reasonable care of the item/s and must not open them. You will be responsible for the shipping costs both to and from your address. We cannot accept responsibility for returned items damaged or lost in the post so advice you take out postal insurance. To cancel your order you must advise us by email or in writing via eBay messaging system.

After you placed the order we will not be able to change the address so please change the address if need be before the checkout.
