All my items are 100% authentic guaranteed and designer, new or specified "used condition" and pre owned which could be worn once or not at all as tags were removed.

I describe the items as best to my knowledge and first hand observation.

Payment is due in 72 hours, unless special arrangements are made.  I work well with my clients and sometimes will honor payment plan.  Communication and curtesy is appreciated.  

International shipping for items over $70 is via Priority (insured up to $200) or Express insured mail - NO exception, with signature confirmation and only to confirmed address with Paypal.

Also I am not responsible for any custom charges, duties or delays.    

RETURN POLICY

Please ask all the questions you need as I DO NOT TAKE RETURNS.  I am not in a retail business and I do my best to describe the items in the best possible way. I will be happy to email you more pictures, so include your email if you would like to receive them. If there is a legitimate problem you must notify me immediately upon receiving the item so we can resolve it.  I do not use computer on weekends, but I will get back to you on Monday. If the return is accepted you will be responsible for the shipping charge back to me. I stand by my items, they are all 100% authentic and purchased at Dept. Stores and boutiques. I want to make sure you are happy with your purchase and certainly happy with the great deal so please check my feedback from satisfied buyers and bid with confidence.

SHIPPING

I do not charge Handling fees.  Most shipping for small items up to 13 oz, within US is $8.00: USPS Priority (insured up to $50 with delivery confirmation), FEDEX ground or first class.  Prices vary due to destination and weight. For items over 1 lb the the price goes up, depending and that needs USPS price quote.  Shoes and larger items are $18-20 and boots are $30-35 for shipping with confirmation and insurance based on the value.                                                                 The insurance is necessary as sellers are not protected by Paypal/Ebay in case of package being lost in transit which happened to me before. 

International shipping:  Items over $70 is via Priority (insured up to $200) or over $200 Express insured mail - NO exception, with signature confirmation and only to confirmed address with Paypal.                                                                        Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs and tax duties.  Europe shipping is $22 for most small/light items.

I reserve the right to choose a form of shipping because a lot of times when I get to the post office I have to pay extra due to weight or size. I will not be responsible for any item once it leaves my hands into the Postal System, and for any delays as that is out of my control.  I can not guarantee against loss or damaged items in shipping unless you purchase higher grade shipping.   Items go out within 48 hours after receipt of the payment, if the payment is received on Friday, items will go off the following Monday.

PAYMENT

I accept PI I accept Paypal. If payment is not received within 5 days (unless communicated to me prior) I will notify Ebay and the item will be relisted and strike will be given against your account.  I appreciate honesty, courtesy and communication.
