  • The price is per metre, you are buying a cut length not a reel! Choose the colour and width and the length you require for your order
  • If you are using the ebay app please tap on the multi-buy to select the quantity of metres you need. If your order is for more than one metre you will receive it in one continuous length wherever possible. The longest continuous length we can provide is 10 metres. Please note the ribbon is not supplied on a reel.

We use Royal Mail 48 hour with delivery confirmation as postage, you can upgrade to Royal Mail 24 hour for an additional fee.

Goods will be dispatched within 1 working day after receiving your cleared payment and sooner whenever possible.  We may use a number of different courier and postal services.  
If the courier or postal service provides a tracking number this information will be uploaded to eBay and shared with you to track the parcel.  Please note we will always endeavour to dispatch within 1 working day however, any delays with couriers are out of our control.
 
 
Receiving your goods
 
Please ensure you inspect your goods immediately upon delivery.  If you have any issues such as damage please contact us via eBay message as soon as possible, with photographs of the damage.

Returns Policy
 
You have the right to change your mind and return your item(s) at your own expense within 30 days of delivery. Goods returned due to a change of mind must be unused, still sealed (where applicable) and be sent with all of their original packaging.
