Claims

Although we make every effort to ensure your goods reach you quickly and in perfect condition, please be aware that if you do not receive your goods in the estimated time, unless recorded or next day delivery service has been selected, we cannot claim compensation on your behalf until 15 working days after posting - this is in line with Royal Mail guidelines for expected delivery schedules.

Any claims for undelivered goods will be investigated with the courier and you may be required to sign a self-declaration form before we can re-send or refund your order.

Claims for faulty or damaged goods must be notified to us within 3 days from receipt of your item and returned to us for inspection before we can send a replacement or issue a refund, therefore it is important that you check the contents of your parcel as soon as it is received.

All of our products are sourced from reputable manufacturers and suppliers and each item has been tested and passed by the relevant governing body - therefore we do not accept claims for goods that you have used and do not like the smell or feel of, or if they do not live up to realistic expectations of performance.
