Our rails are built from high quality materials: clear poplar, premium pink K-55 rubber and ultra-durable "sawtooth" style t-nuts. More importantly, they are hand-crafted with uncompromising care and precision. This is a set of 6 rails for a 7' Valley, ZD-6 or older, pre 2001, covered in Championship Invitational Basic Green 3066-00. As you can see in the image below, no cloth folds or wrinkles are present in our finished product. The end rail measures 36 1/2" tip to tip.
