Delivery Process

You will receive an email within 24 hours of placing your order. UK orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse the same day (Monday to Friday) when payment is received before 3pm.

We use Royal Mail 1st Class post, and most orders should arrive within 1–2 working days.

Please note: we only post to PayPal confirmed addresses.

No Fuss Returns Policy

If you buy a product and wish to return it because it is unwanted or unsuitable, please notify us within 14 days of receiving it. Returned items must be in their original packaging and in a saleable condition.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, a refund may not be possible and return postage may need to be covered by the buyer.
