All you need is to place them in your favorite vase, add distilled, filtered, purified or bottled water enough to cover the roots, add some pebbles, sand or rocks to hold them together.

NO need to change water every time. When the water gets low, 

just keep on adding same water about 1 to 2 inches covering the roots. 

Tap water from the faucet is also fine BUT let the water sit for 24 to 48 hours to allow

 the chlorine to evaporate.
