• All Sales are final
• Payment must be received within 3 business days after the close of the auction
• Texas buyers are subject to 8.25% sales tax
• REMEMBER YOUR BID IS A BINDING CONTRACT. ANY ITEM NOT PAID FOR WITHIN THREE DAYS WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE RELISTED

Shipping Policy

Buy 2 or more items and shipping will always be combined and the cost adjusted accordingly

• Shipping within the 48 Contiguous United States 
• Delivery to Alaska or Hawaii Available - Email for Shipping Quote
• Paypal Confirmed Addresses Only
• Most items will be shipped by UPS Ground, FedEx or USPS within 1 Business day of receiving full payment
• Please note that while I strive to ship within 1 Business day, that there are some items that require special packing or handling and may be shipped later than 1 Business day.
• USPS, FedEx and UPS Tracking Number will be provided
• In the event of a damaged insured shipment please contact shipping carrier immediately. Buyer is responsible to file a claim with the carrier. Do not discard original packaging. Losing your original packaging will void your claim.

Returns Policy

• If you have a question, concern or problem with your purchase, please contact me personally so that we can resolve your concerns before you open a case.
• If you think that we have mis-represented our items, Buyer can return the item within 14 days at the Buyers expense and your money will be fully refunded
• Feedback is important to Sellers, please contact me before leaving negative feedback so that we can resolve any concerns you may have.
