This is a plush Patrick the Starfish from Nickelodeon's Spongebob Squarepants.  He is 11 inches tall, made by Nanco, and dated 2015.  He has his rear tag, but no other tags, and is in excellent condition with light wear from normal handling. See pictures for details.
